Submission Method

Prospective author are welcome to submit the full manuscript via Easy-chair submission system. The submission tracks have been broadly categorized into the following 4 parts and the detailed topics can be found at the call for paper in author’s guide, however, the submissions are not limited to:

All papers, both invited and contributed, will be subjected to double blind review by at least 2 experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process before the final decision and detailed presentation at the conference, all the accepted papers will be submitted to EI, CPCI, SCOPUS or Web of Science indexed proceeding from a top publisher.

Key Review Policy

All submitted papers MUST be written in English.
Any submission must not have been, or will not be published elsewhere or submitted to any other conference or journal before the review notification date of this conference.
All submissions will be subjected to double-blind peer-review based on originality, technical quality and presentation.
Article similarity index cannot be higher than 10%, otherwise it will be rejected directly.
